Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting 2 project managers for a well-established client in Stoke-on-Trent,

The main office is based in Stoke, if you are local to this it would be a bonus however it is not essential - you would however have to travel potentially to Stoke, London and Birmingham for important meetings.

1 Project manager is needed to work on the Engineering side of the new DWP contract they have just won,

The other Project manager is needed to work on the Cleaning Services side of the DWP contract,

This new DWP is an important contract therefore it is imperative we get experts in this field.

Key Responsibilities for Mobilisation Lead: Working with key stakeholders, lead the KAN delivery programme to develop the required DWP transition plan - this involves coordination of all stakeholders across functional workstreams in cooperation with our commercial and operations teams To develop strong relationships with the team and map engagement with ISS workstream owners to deliver the transition programme To deliver accurate and timely reporting to sponsor and key stakeholders i.e. plan status and RAID documentation To manage the successful handover from transition to operations and DWP at go-live and during stabilisation To manage the successful closure of the mobilisation and ensures lessons learned are captured, communicated and implemented through best practice

Key Responsibilities for Transition Support: To update and implement the KAN project plan on (url removed) based on DWP's and ISS' requirements to deliver against the agreed strategic and tactical objectives To identify the required resource based on the needs of the DWP transition to manage the delivery of day-to-day activities in accordance with the plan To ensure effective stakeholder management, a robust escalation management process as part of the applied governance model and a strong communications plan To implement and manage changes and interventions to help ensure that goals are achieved To maintain all documentation and coordinate the collation of this to support and evidence overall delivery
