Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Manufacturing & Production industry? We have just the role for you! We are currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Newcastle-under-Lyme on a temporary ongoing basis.

Rate of pay: £12.60PH

Full time, Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Can be flexible if required.

Your Role:

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the purchasing department. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in documentation Maintaining and updating systemsHandling queries via telephone and emailLiaising with various stakeholders and other departments Use of MS packages, particularly Excel

Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and ExcelExcellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasksA proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamPrevious experience in a purchasing is desirable
