Transport Officer Stoke on Trent ST1 Role and key responsibilities for Transport Officer
  • Administrating the Transport Panel process
  • Supporting the Senior Commissioning and Contract Officers
  • To gather information from operational teams (children's and adults) in respect of the needs of children / adults who require transport a placement / care package
  • To support the production of contract management and quality improvement procedures and guidance information for internal and external use
Minimum Requirements for Transport Officer
  • To uphold and adhere to the City Council's corporate values and support corporate objectives such as those outlined in Stronger Together
  • Proven ability to liaise and challenge operators staff at all levels to influence quality improvements
  • Self-aware and motivated, confident and positive
  • Ability to work under pressure
