Business Development Manager Fittingly
Do you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the trade or manufacturing sector, and a proven track record in winning new business? Fittingly is growing fast, and were looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in attracting new trade account customers and expanding our presence in the trade sector.
What Youll Do:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our trade customer base
- Develop and execute outreach strategies across phone, email, social media, and in-person channels
- Build strong relationships with tradespeople, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Present the value of Fittinglys products and services to potential clients, tailoring your approach to their specific needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing account support
- Gather insights from new and potential customers to inform our product, marketing, and sales strategies
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the trade, construction, or manufacturing sectors
- A confident, persuasive communicator who thrives on creating new business relationships
- Strong understanding of the needs, challenges, and buying behaviours of trade customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on results and growth
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
