Role Overview:
As a Maths teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students' understanding and enthusiasm for mathematics. From basic concepts to more advanced topics, you will inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential. The role includes teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the curriculum.

Tailor lessons to meet the varying needs and abilities of students.

Provide timely feedback to students to help them improve.

Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment in the classroom.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching standards and student progress.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher with a degree in Mathematics or a related field.

A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Experience teaching Maths at secondary level is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

Familiarity with the local context of Stoke-on-Trent is an advantage, but not required.
