Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a charity that is looking for a Outreach Worker to work with clients facing homelessness.

Responsibilities of the Outreach Worker includes:

  • Providing housing and tenancy related support to homeless clients with complex needs
  • Attending appointments with clients
  • Making referrals to other services
  • Encouraging them to develop independent living skills
  • Ensuring clients adhere to their tenancy agreements
  • Supporting clients to move on into more permanent accommodation
  • Fostering joint working with other agencies and services to provide holistic support
  • Assisting with benefit applications

Essential criteria of the Outreach Worker include:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
  • Experience within a similar supported living environment
