We're currently partnering with a Local Authority to fill a crucial role as a Residential Childcare Worker within Stokes Children and Young People's Services!

Within this role, you'll play a vital part in providing personalised care to children and young people, tailoring your support to their individual needs. By fostering a stable and nurturing environment, you'll empower them to address past experiences and challenges, enabling them to realise their full potential for a brighter future.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering children and young people to reach their full potential.
  • Undertaking commissioned work within Children and Young People's Services.
  • Ensuring sensitive and comprehensive care that meets diverse needs.
  • Acting as a key worker for specified individuals, overseeing their Placement Plans.
  • Contributing to a supportive living environment within the Home.
  • Facilitating the placement process for incoming young people in line with Home policies.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience working directly with children and young people.
  • A full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
