A warm and inclusive school is seeking a skilled Special Educational Needs Teacher to join their dedicated team from September.About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Lead and deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Speech & Language Needs, and SEMH.
  • Develop and implement personalised learning plans, EHCP targets, and differentiated lessons.
  • Foster a nurturing, safe and engaging classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence and academic progress.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents/carers and external agencies to provide holistic support.

We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with experience in SEN or inclusive education.
  • A compassionate, resilient and flexible educator who is confident in adapting the curriculum to suit individual learning styles.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and experience working with EHCPs.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to ongoing professional development.
