Are you a passionate SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in a specialist setting?

We are working in partnership with a highly regarded Ofsted Outstanding special school that caters for pupils aged 6 to 19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Many of the pupils also experience sensory processing difficulties and a high level of anxiety, so a patient, nurturing approach is essential.

Our client is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team. The role will involve teaching a small group of KS2/KS3 pupils, delivering a bespoke curriculum tailored to their individual needs. The successful candidate will work within a supportive environment that prioritises pupil wellbeing and personal development alongside academic progress.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A PGCE or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience (or a strong passion for) working with young people with ASC, sensory needs, and/or anxiety
- A resilient, flexible, and empathetic approach

Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
