SALARY: £12.21 p/h + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £48,000+)

With a large on-site stock of fully prepared vehicles and a high volume of inbound leads, their Wolverhampton showroom is one of the busiest and most successful in the region.

WORKING HOURS:

  • 42.5 hours per week
  • 5-day working week including weekends

DUTIES:

  • Welcome and guide customers through the showroom experience
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and present value-added products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales environment)
  • Highly driven and motivated with a passion for success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong focus on customer experience and attention to detail
  • Presentable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • FCA accreditation desirable (training provided)
