Machine Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong mechanical aptitude.

Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery (such as die-cutters, folder-gluers, or foil stamping machines) to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines according to job specifications and production schedules.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure output meets customer and company standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

• Accurately complete production reports and log machine activity.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

• Work closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and quality control.

Requirement

• Previous experience operating BOBST machines preffered but not essential 

• Strong mechanical and technical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret production orders, drawings, and technical documents.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts- Wk1 (Apply online only) Wk 2 (Apply online only)

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in packaging, corrugated, or cartonboard manufacturing.

• Forklift license or mechanical certifications.
