- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management
- Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance
- Support strategic decision-making and performance reviews
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members
- Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–5 years PQE
- Technically strong and commercially minded
- Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, solution-oriented, and confident in driving improvement
