Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedMachine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This machine is a critical component of our production process, responsible for efficiently and accurately producing a variety of packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating corrugated machines or similar equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Operatemachines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and prolong machine lifespan.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality inspections.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience operating machinary
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
