The rightPLC Control Engineer will support the site's maintenance team (Controls/Technically) within a purpose-built, site-based automation environment.

PLC Control Engineer

  • To support the PLC technical repairs
  • Correct system faults promptly
  • Error management
  • Technical fault management, controller and communications to the network.
  • Adhering to agreed communication and fault managementprocesses.
  • Identifying any process failures and escalating as required
  • Targeting maintenance activities as identified via the EIS / SCADA data analysis
  • Root-cause analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools
  • Rectification and prevention of issues
  • Experience with Siemens S7,ProfNet, Profibus, and Ladder

Qualifications:PLC Control Engineer

  • ONC-HNC-HND qualified engineering, OR BSc, or MSc
  • Electrical control system experience
  • Site-Based FMCG works/experiences.
