Are you a Junior Engineer or similar looking for the opportunity to join a long-standing specialist manufacturing company who can offer direct mentorship in design and direct routes for progression into senior design roles?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who has built a strong reputation over the last 25 years. They are a leading UK provider of mechanical, structural and engineering solutions across multiple sectors including the recycling, power generation and water treatment industries.

As a Junior Design Engineer, you will need an Engineering qualification and clear interest in progression within design. You will receive training on specific design software's such as Autodesk Advance Steel and receive mentorship from senior design engineers to support the delivery of high-quality structural steelwork models and drawings. This role offers a balance between design office-based responsibilities and occasional UK site visits.

This role is suited to a Junior Design Engineer or similar looking for a position that offers direct mentorship and direct progression routes into senior design positions.

The Role:

• Junior Design Engineer
• Develop accurate 3D models using Autodesk Advance Steel from client data or internal designs
• Produce 2D fabrication and general arrangement drawings from 3D models
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

The Person:

• Junior Background in Engineering / Structural Design
• Looking to progress into senior design roles
• Commutable to Stone
