We’re looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly sales department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key role in keeping our sales office running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- ?? Answering incoming calls and managing post.
- ?? Assisting with dispatches, booking deliveries, and sending delivery paperwork.
- ?? Processing customer orders and sending confirmations and certificates.
- �?? Printing labels for production and sending courier parcels.
- ??? General office filing and keeping shared spaces tidy.
- ?? Welcoming visitors and supporting customer enquiries.
- ?? Providing admin support to the sales team.
- �? Logging and following up on website enquiries and sales leads.
- ?? Creating end-user certificates.
- ???????? Covering for colleagues during holidays or sickness.
- ?? Filing customer communications like visit reports and agreements.
We’re open to candidates who are just starting out or looking to gain more experience. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally, you’ll have:
- ? Some previous experience in an office environment.
- ?? Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
