We’re looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly sales department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales office running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • ?? Answering incoming calls and managing post.
  • ?? Assisting with dispatches, booking deliveries, and sending delivery paperwork.
  • ?? Processing customer orders and sending confirmations and certificates.
  • �?? Printing labels for production and sending courier parcels.
  • ??? General office filing and keeping shared spaces tidy.
  • ?? Welcoming visitors and supporting customer enquiries.
  • ?? Providing admin support to the sales team.
Additional Responsibilities
  • �? Logging and following up on website enquiries and sales leads.
  • ?? Creating end-user certificates.
  • ???????? Covering for colleagues during holidays or sickness.
  • ?? Filing customer communications like visit reports and agreements.
