Our growing client, who offer a range of services in and around the Gloucestershire area, are now looking to add to their fun and friendly team! This will be a full time, permanent position based from their brand new offices in Stonehouse.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small yet fast growing company with ambitious growth plans. They require a reliable, conscientious and hardworking individual to join their team as Administrator. Working alongside the rest of the team you will assist with all office duties including, scheduling, diary management, and customer service.

They have a close knit team and host a summer and Christmas party every year funded by the company. This is a really exciting time to join the business where they have plans in place for future growth and development!

Full training provided!

Responsibilities include:

-Respond to all incoming emails and phone calls demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

-Accurately input data ensuring all information is recorded

-Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office

-Scheduling engineers work, via telephone or email, booking jobs into their diaries

-Support the team with other administrative tasks as required

Candidate Attributes:

-Highly organised

-Great customer service skills with a friendly telephone manner

-Team player

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Outlook

-Excellent attention to detail

-A proactive approach to problem-solving

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: Circa £25k per annum depending on experience
