If you've got the right attitude and a solid work ethic, this is a great chance to secure a long-term role with potential to grow.What You'll Be Doing:* Picking and packing customer orders* Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently* Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and running smoothly* Working as part of a friendly, hands-on teamWhat We're Looking For:* A positive, can-do attitude - reliability is key* A keen eye on attention to detail* FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)* Reach licence is a bonus, but not essential* Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferredWhat You'll Get:* Steady, full-time hours Monday to Friday - no weekends mandatory - overtime is available* A temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing, supportive company* Immediate start available
