We currently have a brand new opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to join an expanding company in Stourbridge.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar role with the ability to work in a team, independently and also able to manage their own workload effectively.
Working on a standard day shift (9-5) some key responsibilities for the role are listed below:
Accurately processing customer orders in a timely manner
Booking necessary delivery slots
Creating shipment documentation
Day-to-day management of data on a crm
Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations
