Health & Safety Advisor duties include -
- Implement HSE policies in line with UK legislation and company standards.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Track environmental performance and report to management.
- Manage emergency plans and coordinate drills.
- Support site teams and deputise for the SHE Manager as needed.
Health & Safety Advisor desirable skills and experience -
- Experience in a similar position (HSE Advisor, HSE Officer etc).
- Strong environmental experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Systems experience - ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001.
- Relevant education - NEBOSH, IOSH etc.
