- Dealing with inbound enquiries and outbound requests from customers
- Processing quotations and orders. Loading customer schedules/using customer portals when required
- Expediting/chasing internal planning departments to ensure accurate timescales provided to customers
- Work across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and resolving any customer concerns
- Using ERP/Sales order processing software
- Experience carrying out a similar sales administration/customer service position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have experience using MRP/ERP systems
