  • Dealing with inbound enquiries and outbound requests from customers
  • Processing quotations and orders. Loading customer schedules/using customer portals when required
  • Expediting/chasing internal planning departments to ensure accurate timescales provided to customers
  • Work across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and resolving any customer concerns
  • Using ERP/Sales order processing software
Customer Service AdminEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience carrying out a similar sales administration/customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have experience using MRP/ERP systems
