Sonic Summary

We are currently recruiting for Forge Operatives in Lye.
The position requires Monday to Friday hours, totaling 41.5 hours per week, with a pay range of £12.50-£13.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities include hot and cold steel bending, bending shackles and rings, flash butt welding, and using various tools and equipment.
Candidates should have some experience in bending steel parts and using measuring equipment like tape measures and verniers.
This is a temporary to permanent contract, and training will be provided for the right candidate.

We are currently recruitng for Forge Operatives in Lye.

Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday/ 7:45am-3:45pm Friday - 41.5hrs per week
Pay: 12.50-13ph DOE
Contract: Temp to perm

Responsibilites include:

Hot and Cold steel bending
Bending shackles rings
Flash but welding
Use of ring rollers, hydraulic presses and hand tools
Adhere to work instructions (Health, Safety and Quality)

You will need to have some experience in hot and cold bending steel parts like ring shackles flats and non-standard parts using ring rollers, hydraulic presses and by hand.

Use of measuring equipment - Tape measures and veniers

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
