Your role as a SEND Teaching Assistant:

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEND needs

Work closely with the class teacher to adapt lessons and resources

Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

Help maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Support learning both inside and outside of the classroom
