Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
  • Maintain and update customer records using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare daily sales reports
  • Process sales orders and manage documentation related to sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate timely delivery of products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide occasional customer service support, including responding to phone and email enquiries as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise workload effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications as needed.
