Customer Accounts Supervisor

Location: Stowmarket, IP14

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000

We are seeking a Customer Accounts Supervisor to join this customer service/sales team. In this role, you will lead and motivate a dedicated support team, assist senior management, and ensure sales opportunities are maximised.

As a Customer Accounts Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing internal sales operations. You will also deputise for the Sales Manager when required, providing leadership, encouragement, and continuity within the department.

Requirements:
