Our client is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director, supporting him with day to day administrative duties. The role is working for a growing outsourced IT consultancy who are looking for a well organised, accurate individual who can support the Managing Director with a variety of operational administrative support. This is a newly required role that will require initiative and the ability to spot opportunities to further support the Managing Director as he looks to continue growing the business.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Proactively and promptly booking meetings with new business meeting following initial inbound enquiry
  • Managing the diary and email inbox of the Managing Director
  • Booking in service reviews with Clients for the Managing Director
  • Preparing reports and paperwork for service reviews
  • Upkeep of company CRM system to ensure client information is accurate
  • Checking company database of products is kept up-to-date
  • Regularly reviewing and updating client service agreements
  • Communicating changes to clients accurately and diligently
  • Preparing the Managing Director for internal and external meetings
  • Day to day operational administration

Person Specification:

  • 2 years or more experience in an administrative role (preferable as a PA / EA)
  • A well organised, accurate individual with a keen eye for detail
  • A personable individual with a customer-focused approach to clients
  • A proactive problem solver who can identify issues before/or soon after they arise
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Full UK Driving license (due to location)
