Senior Project Manager ( Contract) - £20 million project - 2X Steel Frame Units - Day rate up to £400p/d
My client are a Tier 1 Contractor and are looking to recruit a Freelance Senior Project Manager to work on a 2 unit, £20million steel frame development in the Stowmarket area.
The project requires a strong No1 Project Manager on a freelance basis and will require the individual to be commercially, technically and safety minded. They require someone with previous steel frame industrial experience that is capable of managing the programme, design, procurement and delivery of this project from cradle to grave.
My client are willing to take someone on straight away following a successful interview.
- Freelance Rate £380-£400pd - via CIS/Paye Umbrella
- Must have valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
- Temporary Works Coordinator is beneficial
- Previous experience delivering steel frame projects in excess of £15 million
- Available to start within the next 1-2 weeks
