An award-winning, RIBA-chartered architecture studio based in Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join its growing team. Celebrated for its thoughtful, context-sensitive approach, the practice creates beautifully crafted residential, cultural, and community projects, working across all RIBA stages.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Architect ready to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You'll play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle, with genuine opportunities to shape both the creative vision and technical delivery of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from concept to completion (RIBA Stages 0-7)

  • Develop and coordinate planning applications, detailed technical drawings, and construction packages

  • Oversee site delivery, resolving technical and design issues as they arise

  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and vision are maintained

  • Contribute to internal design reviews, studio culture, and the ongoing development of the team

Requirements:

  • ARB-registered Architect

  • Proven post-Part 3 experience in a UK-based architectural practice

  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality residential and/or community-led projects

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential

  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and the planning process

  • Self-motivated, with excellent communication and coordination skills
