Are you a Maintenance Administrator or similar with a background handling Engineers or Subcontractors, looking for the opportunity to join a company who are undergoing year-on-year growth, who offer progression to a senior position, continuous courses and training and the opportunity to work with recognisable blue-chip clients?

This company offer maintenance services across a range of blue-chip clients across the UK and Ireland. With plans of becoming the leading UK facilities management provider, this company wish to continue their period of growth, expanding their diverse office team, supporting operations throughout the whole process.

In this role you will work as part of an office-based team who facilitate maintenance works from emergencies to PPM and reactive work, meaning the ability to prioritise is the key to success within this role. You will be given jobs daily and must follow the proven processes through to invoicing clients at the end, providing you variety in your daily tasks.

This role would suit a Maintenance Administrator or similar, with a background of handling Engineers and creating schedules, looking for a position with a company that offer a Monday to Friday role, with excellent progression opportunities through continuous development within a growing business.The Role

  • Full process involvement from managing clients to sourcing engineers and final reports and invoices.
  • Office Based, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
  • Health and safety courses, IOSH training.
  • Occasional site visits to meet clients
