Job Title: Multi Trade Carpenter
Location: East London
Salary: 38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a well-established contractor based in East London. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of 38,000 per year, working across a variety of occupied social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied homes
- Perform a range of trades including:
- Carpentry (primary trade)
- Basic Plumbing
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines
- Company van and fuel card
- Regular working hours, no shifts or weekends
- A stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive team
- Proven experience working in social housing or similar residential environments
- Skilled in multi-trade work with Carpentry as a core skill
- Must have your own basic hand and power tools
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for job assignments (BYOD allowance of 20.00/month provided)
