About the Role

Due to significant growth, our client — one of the leading Criminal Law firms in the UK — is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Criminal Law and Police Station Accreditation.

You’ll join a friendly and supportive team that handles some of the country’s most challenging and high-profile cases in both general and serious crime, as well as fraud.

This is a client-facing role within a privately funded practice, meaning our clients expect the highest standard of advice and representation. In return, you will work alongside highly respected lawyers and gain exposure to complex, high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Review and analyse evidence

    •    Serve and file documents using CE-Filing

    •    Assist in preparing documents and witness statements

    •    Conduct witness interviews

    •    Liaise with courts, claimants, and other relevant parties

    •    Prepare case reports

    •    Instruct and brief counsel

About You

    •    Police Station Accredited (essential)

    •    Proven Criminal Law experience

    •    Confident, personable, and able to build rapport with clients quickly

    •    Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to own transport

    •    Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
