Fulltime Position
£45,000 -£50,000 per annum depending on experience
What Youll Be Stirring Up:
Full control of the kitchen menus, rotas, hiring, training and development!
Running a team of chefs like a well-oiled (butter-infused) machine
Bringing the A-game during banquets, parties, and Christmas celebrations
Watching costs like a hawk your kitchen, your numbers
Getting creative with dishes that wow and menus that move!
Keeping food hygiene top of the charts (Level 3 Food Safety is a must!)
Training your brigade, developing rising stars, and high-fiving success
Reporting to leadership like a true boss with updates, ideas, and good news!
