We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Sales Executive to join a small, dedicated team. You’ll manage and grow existing relationships while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face client interaction, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, ambitious team.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining and developing a portfolio of existing retail accounts
- Proactively identifying and winning new business
- Regular client visits to strengthen relationships and understand customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and product delivery
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within retail or FMCG sectors
- A proactive, personable & self-starting attitude and strong relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
