- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across commercial and consumer channels
- Lead, manage, and motivate a small sales team, providing clear targets, ongoing support, and training
- Actively participate in customer engagements, leading by example in key sales meetings
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee recruitment, training, and resource planning to ensure team capability aligns with business needs
- Analyse sales data, set pricing strategies, and maintain accurate performance reports to inform decision-making
- Design and implement targeted sales campaigns, including digital and in-store promotions, to maximise market reach and profitability
- A proven success working within a senior sales leadership role, ideally within renewable energy, electrical contractor or solar PV sales
- Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C sales channels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - approachable, collaborative, and motivational
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Willingness to travel occasionally for face-to-face meetings
