Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer required to cover East London area, to 46k plus plenty of overtime and great benefits.
Our client is a leading technical services providerwho specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in the EastLondon area.
Role
- Planned Maintenance on Electrical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's in a range of High End Commercial buildings.
- Conduct site walk rounds and completereports.
- AHU's, FCU's
- Checking UPS systems
- Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / LED's/ ballasts etc
- Checking Air Conditioning / Chiller Systems
- Checking boilers / heating systems
- Conduct tap and temperature tests
- Changing belts / pumps etc
- Changing / cleaning filters
- Minor alterations to BMS set points.
Location
Covering a number of Commercial properties in the general East London area.
Experience required
- Electrical /HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background.
- Electrical qualifications beneficial - such as NVQ City & Guilds Level 2/3 along with 18th Edition and Testing & Inspection but not essential, solid experience as a Maintenance Engineer is key.
- Understanding of Electrical / HVAC PPM's, plant maintenance in a commercial environment(Not domestic or install).
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on sites on a daily basis.
- Ideal candidate will live in or around the EastLondon area.
Salary / benefits
- Competitive salary to 46k based on 38hrs Mon - Fri
- Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
