Our client, a respected global organisation with a strong UK presence, is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their small, close-knit finance team. This is a pivotal role with real impact, offering variety, responsibility and the chance to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the UK Finance Manager, duties are likely to include:
- Leading month-end and year-end processes
- Delivering high-quality financial reporting
- Managing cash flow, stock reconciliations, and cost of sales analysis
- Supervising and developing a Finance Administrator
- Liaising with commercial and operational teams
- Supporting payroll, HR-related finance tasks, and insurance administration
- Playing a key role in audits, tax declarations, and statutory reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong finance professional with supervisory experience
- ACCA/CIMA studier or QBE
- Strong Excel and (preferably) ERP system skills
- A hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Experience in manufacturing or international groups is a bonus
