KS2 Teacher – Maternity Cover
Pay Rate:Teacher Main Scale 1–6 (£32,916 – £45,352 FTE) + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a KS2 Teacher for a full-time maternity cover position within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

Job Requirements:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching KS2 pupils, ideally with SEND or complex needs
• Strong understanding of personalised learning and SEND practice
• Patient, adaptable and committed to inclusion
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching for KS2 pupils with complex needs
• Plan and assess learning tailored to individual goals
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social skills
• Collaborate effectively with staff, families, and external professionals
• Contribute positively to the ethos and values of the setting
