As a Multi Trade, you will:
Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across social housing properties
Use your skills in:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Patch Plastering
- Tiling
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines, and with tenant satisfaction in mind
We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working on social housing contracts
- A full UK driving licence
- A clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
- A proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills

Location & Travel
This role is based around Stratford-upon-Avon, with travel to local social housing properties covered by a company van and fuel card.
