Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils in a specialist setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, ideal for someone enthusiastic about supporting early learners and committed to inclusive education.

Job Requirements:
• Experience working with children, ideally within KS1 or SEND
• A patient, caring and proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance from teachers and senior staff
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities:
• Support KS1 pupils in lessons, activities and daily routines
• Help deliver tailored learning plans and interventions
• Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation
• Encourage independence, communication and personal development
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and needs
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and calm learning environment
