Housing Assistant

Temporary ongoing contract - minimum 3 months

Full time, 37 hours per week

20-25 per hour (negotiable)

Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire (Hybrid)

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Housing Assistant to join one of our Warwickshire based clients on a full time temporary ongoing basis. This is part of an exciting project which could potentially be longer term.

Daily duties of the Housing Assistant:

  • Managing a backlog of housing applications
  • Assessing housing register applications
  • Handling applications and queries regarding the housing register
  • Experience of shortlisting housing applications
  • Working within the Housing Options team and assisting the Housing Options Officer's

Essential experience of the Housing Assistant:

  • Previously used Abritas housing register system or similar
  • Experience working within Housing/Housing Needs
