Description
- Manage and maintain customer accounts.
- Perform credit checks and set up new customer accounts.
- Chase overdue invoices and resolve financial disputes.
- Update customer details and account statuses.
- Report on aged debt and cash collection.
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
- Prepare month-end reports for management.
