Family Solicitor / Senior Solicitor

Job Title: Family Solicitor / Senior Solicitor (3 to 6 Years PQE)Salary: Up to £59,000 + BonusesLocation: Stratford-Upon-Avon (Hybrid - 1 office day per week, 4 days home based)Contract: Full Time, PermanentRole Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice on new and ongoing legal matters in relation to private family law (Matrimonial & Private Children cases)
• Discussing a range of queries with prospective and existing clients
• Drafting various documentation and communications
• Recording accurate information and auditing files
• Undertaking various consultations and negotiations
• Allocating administrative tasks as and when required

• You will be a qualified solicitor, up to 6 years PQE
• Previous experience in Private Family law is essential
• Experience supervising junior colleagues preferred
