The team is frequently instructed on some of the most high-profile cases in the UK, often working alongside leading King’s Counsel, barristers, and expert witnesses.The RoleWe are seeking a Crime Paralegal who can commute to Warwickshire to join this dynamic and expanding team. You’ll manage a demanding caseload of serious offences, prepare cases meticulously, and attend court when required. This is a challenging role — but one that offers unparalleled exposure and career progression.Requirements

Police Station Accredited (essential)
Previous experience in a Criminal Paralegal role
Genuine passion for criminal law and defence advocacy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
Resilience under pressure, with excellent organisation and time management
Commitment and flexibility — including evenings and weekends when required
