A family-run Facilities and Maintenance business is seeking a general maintenance engineer for high-end residential properties in Stratford.
The role requires a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, focusing on general planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
Duties include emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, basic plumbing, and fabric works as needed.
Candidates should have experience in a maintenance role, be client-facing, and hold a recognized technical qualification, with the 18th Edition being desirable.
The position offers a competitive salary, and the client is looking to interview candidates as soon as possible.

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a west established family run Facilities and Maintenance business who are looking to hire a general maintenance engineer to work on their high end residential property in Stratford within walking distance to the station.

The role is a Monday to Friday position 08:00 - 17:00 and you will be carrying out general PPM's through out the site.

Duties:

General PPM's
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm testing
Basic plumbing (blockages, leaks etc)
Lamping
AHU's and FCU's
Fabric works when required

Requirements

Experience in a maintenance role
Client facing
A recognised technical qualification
18th Edition (desirable)
