ACR are collaborating with one of the UK's most recognized Residential Development businesses on an exciting new build regeneration scheme in East London. We are currently seeking a well rounded Senior Site Manager with experience on high rise residential schemes.
The project features the construction of several hundred new build apartments along with luxurious amenities.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing similar scale projects and demonstrate proficiency in the following key areas:
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety/ISO procedures
- Comfortable with both internals and externals
- Collaborating closely with subcontractors to maintain quality control
- Facilitating effective communication and problem-solving within the site delivery team
- Overseeing construction in line with provided specifications and NHBC regulations
- Establishing productive relationships with utility companies for timely connections
- Managing material take-offs, deliveries, and supply chain adherence
- Supporting new employees and fostering teamwork
- Delivering completed projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conducting subcontractor meetings to ensure project alignment

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications and have the relevant experience, working on likeminded projects with longevity working with reputable developers or main contractors.
