The Job

Planning, creating, and activating paid social media campaigns across all major platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Implementing full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion, aligned with campaign goals and KPIs.

Continuously optimising campaigns to enhance performance, ROI, and client satisfaction.

Presenting campaign performance insights to clients and offering strategic recommendations based on trends and learnings.

Conducting deep campaign analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to deliver actionable insights.

Managing technical elements such as account setups, pixel implementation, and audience targeting using Meta Business Manager.

Contributing to creative strategies and writing compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
You

Have at least two years' experience in paid social media advertising.

Possess strong technical expertise, particularly within Meta Business Manager, with a broad understanding of additional paid social platforms.

Are confident in using analytics and reporting tools to optimise campaign performance.

Have a keen interest in creative strategy and can craft effective, persuasive ad copy.

Are an inquisitive, motivated problem-solver looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, agency environment.
