Project Manager - Heavy Civils / Water / Utilities / Rail
Location: Near Stratford, East London
Rate: Circa 550/day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella PAYE)
Contract: Freelance - 12 months or more.

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our civil engineering client for a Project Manager with strong experience across Heavy Civils, Rail, Water, or Utilities projects. This is a key position on a major infrastructure scheme near Stratford, East London.



Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering complex civil engineering projects
  • Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor certified
  • Proficient with Primavera P6 and producing short-term lookahead programmes
  • Competent with NEC3/4 contract administration
  • Skilled in subcontractor management and coordination


Preferred Experience:

  • Thames Water project background
  • Rail environment exposure
  • NRSWA awareness or accreditation
  • Appointed Person (Lifting) qualification


Qualifications:

  • Ideally degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
