We are seeking to speak with highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join aFire Protection Division, playing a key role in the delivery of external works on social housing refurbishment projects across East London. This is a strategic position within a growing team, offering the opportunity to lead significant projects and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects from inception through to final account.

  • Lead cost planning, value engineering, and risk management activities.

  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.

  • Oversee financial reporting and forecasting for one or multiple projects.

  • Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure efficient delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in quantity surveying within the social housing refurbishment sector.

  • Experience leading large-scale or multiple concurrent projects.

  • Background with tier 1 contractors is highly desirable.

  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
