Our client is a highly respected and rapidly growing national plant hire business, renowned for its commitment to quality and service. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are now looking for a Regional Resourcing Coordinator to oversee recruitment for their Midlands operations.

About the Role
As the Regional Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment and coordination of plant operators within the Midlands region. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all plant operators are fully compliant, competent, and operating in line with industry safety standards. You will work closely with internal hire teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment to meet the staffing needs of the business.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and people-focused role where your recruitment expertise will directly contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the business. You will be pivotal in helping to maintain a skilled and compliant workforce, ensuring that operations run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
