A role has arisen for a Yard Supervisorfor this leading provider of hospitality, exhibition, and event management services based near Stratford upon Avon.

The role of Yard Supervisorwill require someone with both practical and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities of the Yard Supervisor:-
- Leadership of a team on site
- Staying away on site in line with company requirements
- Delegation of tasks on site and in the yard
- Be involved in all aspects of structure build; planning, preparation, set up and take down
- Driving, loading and unloading vehicles
- Yard duties which include maintenance, stock management and cleaning
- Ensure health and safety is always adhered to
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
- Ensure correct PPE is being worn
- Requirement to conform with, and adhere to, the Quality Management System
Essential Skills of the Yard Supervisor:-
- Team worker
- Proven leadership experience
- Problem solver
- Good communicator
- Practical aptitude and proficient with tool usage and site savvy
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction
Please note due to the rural location of this role, the successful Yard Supervisorwill be required to have their own means of transport.
